Bloomer Creek wine was served at Gallery Schlesinger (23 East 73rd street, New York, NY) at the reception for the exhibition "Pairings: Seymour Remenick Stuart Shils"
BCV wine is now being served at every art reception at Argazzi Art in Lakeville, CT.
Bloomer Creek Vineyard wine was featured at the Annual Slow Food Meeting held at Astor Wine and Spirits in Manhattan, Nov.2008.
At the 2009 Riesling Summit at Astor Wines and Spirits in New York City BCV poured '07 Dry Riesling, '07 Gew, 07 Reserve Gew, and a barrel sample of an '08 wild yeast Riesling. The owner of the Japanese restaurant, BOZU in Brooklyn was so taken with this sample that he has asked that the entire barrel be reserved for him!
Bloomer Creek Vineyard was chosen to be one of five Finger Lakes wineries featured at the International Behavioral Ecology Congress held at Barton Hall, Cornell University,Ithaca,NY August 11-13,2008. Two Bloomer Creek favorites were sampled; Reserve White 2007 - An Alsatian-style Riesling blend and Red Emperor, our proprietary blend of Cabernet Franc and French hybrids.
Last October Bloomer Creek hosted an art opening/harvest celebration with wine, food and song. The many friends,admirers, and family of artist Kumi Korf made for a late night of joyous festivity. Kumi's beautiful exhibition has been extended and is still on view in the Bloomer Creek tasting room,5301 St.RT 414, Hector, NY.

In 2005 Bloomer Creek Vineyard began construction on a long-awaited
expansion; now completed. This Victorian era carriage house,
located on the outskirts of Saratoga, New York (photo taken by
Debra Bermingham)
was the inspiration for our new building.,
This enables us to increase our
winemaking capabilities
and welcome the ever-increasing number of visitors to our tasting room.

During this same visit, she was also be a visiting artist in the Art Department of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
