At Bloomer Creek Vineyard, each harvest renews promises made in the spring. Our unique wines are made with quiet patience from hand harvested vinifera grapes.
Bloomer Creek's limited production consists primarily of European varietals: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Grower/Winemaker Kim Engle carefully manages his small vineyard, keeping yields low to ensure that the grapes used in his wine are sound and ripe.
The same diligence is observed in the cellar. Our red wines are aged two years or more before release, allowing the wine to mature at a natural pace. All of our wines are minimally filtered and fined to preserve the integrity of the fruit.
